I am pleased to announce the publication by the State Bar of California, Continuing Education of the Bar (C.E.B.), of the new multi-volume treatise "Personal and Small Business Bankruptcy Practice in California". I am a contributing author to the treatise, having written the chapter entitled "Bankruptcy Law Overview".
Attorneys who do not usually practice in the area of bankruptcy, or who are interested in expanding their practice to this area often ask me where they can find a book to bring them up to speed on bankruptcy practice. Until now, no such book existed. All the well-known bankruptcy treatises have been directed at experienced practitioners. This new volume fills that need, and is an extremely valuable primer for both experienced and novice counsel.
